AI pilots

You don't need a huge project to get started with AI.

Ezelero implements pilots of 4 to 6 weeks to validate a specific process, measure results and decide with data if it is appropriate to scale.

A process. Clear rules. Measurement before growing.

What is it

A pilot is a controlled test with a clear objective.

We choose a specific process, define rules, responsible parties and indicators, implement a first version and measure what changes. The goal is not to automate the entire company, but to demonstrate value at a specific point.

The pilot reduces the risk because it avoids starting with a large, expensive and difficult to adopt platform. First we check if automation makes sense in your real operation.
Structure

How we work a pilot from 4 to 6 weeks

Week 1: Operational diagnosis

We identify the current flow, those responsible, tools, necessary data and limits of the process.

Week 2: Flow Design

We define rules, messages, people responsible, indicators and what should be escalated to a person.

Week 3: Initial implementation

We connect tools, prepare the flow and test scenarios before actual use.

Week 4: Actual use and measurement

We measure times, volume, monitoring, quality of the process and decide the next phase.

Week 5-6: Advanced settings

For more complex processes, we add integrations, team training or validation by areas.

Final decision

The company decides with data whether to maintain, improve, scale or stop automation.

When is it appropriate

A pilot makes sense if...

  • There are many repeated queries.
  • Opportunities are lost due to lack of follow-up.
  • Quotes take too long.
  • Management does not have clear data.
  • The team is overwhelmed with administrative tasks.
When it is not appropriate

We do not recommend pilot if...

  • There is no clear process to evaluate.
  • There is no internal person responsible for validating rules.
  • Guaranteed results are expected without measuring anything.
  • The problem is purely human or strategic.
  • Minimum work limits cannot be defined.
Next step

The diagnosis defines if your company has a good pilot.

Before implementing, we review which process should be tested, which indicators to measure and which decisions should remain under human control.
